Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the v12my platform. By creating an account or placing any wager on v12my, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
All v12my accounts are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 or above. Age verification documentation may be requested at any stage. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active v12my account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used. v12my reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated bonuses.
Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, collusion, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on v12my. Violations result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

2.3 Account Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including falsifying your age, name, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 Single Account. You may hold only one active account on v12my. If you hold multiple accounts, v12my may close all accounts, withhold funds pending investigation, and permanently ban your details from the platform.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v12my login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify v12my immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Accurate Details. You must keep your registered account details — including email address, payment method, and contact information — accurate and up to date. v12my is not liable for failed communications or payment processing errors arising from outdated account information.
3.3 Personal Use. Your v12my account is strictly for your personal use. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any third party to use your account. Accounts operated by third parties, including via shared devices where another person places wagers, are in breach of these Terms.
3.4 Communication. By registering a v12my account, you consent to receiving transactional communications relating to your account (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts). Marketing communications are subject to your stated preferences.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. v12my accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your account verification status and jurisdiction.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the v12my platform cashier section and are subject to change. Transactions below the minimum amount will be declined.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of any applicable identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, and internal review procedures. v12my targets same-day processing for verified accounts. v12my reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
4.4 Verification. v12my may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.
4.5 Currency. All player accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed in the cashier section.
Note: All funds in your v12my account are held separately from operational funds. Your balance is not used for v12my operational expenses.
5.1 Offer Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by v12my are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and offer expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified in individual offer terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. v12my employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on opposite outcomes to reduce risk while a bonus is active ("hedging"), systematic pattern betting designed to exploit bonus structures, and use of automated software. Identified bonus abuse will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Right to Modify. v12my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers are available to eligible accounts only and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
6.1 Accepted Bets. All bets placed on v12my are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game or market and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A wager is only deemed accepted once you have received a confirmation from the v12my platform. v12my is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on your side.
6.3 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session or sporting event, v12my reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. Game outcomes derived from certified RNG or live dealer results are final and cannot be reversed absent evidence of system malfunction.
6.4 Suspicious Odds. v12my reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were published in error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their bets voided and may have their accounts suspended.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v12my platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the v12my platform — including the v12my brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of v12my or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. v12my grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any v12my content.
8.3 Third-Party Content. Games available on v12my are provided under licence from third-party game studios and live dealer platform operators. All intellectual property rights in those games vest in their respective owners.
9.1 Platform Availability. v12my does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond v12my's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. v12my will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v12my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or loss of data.
9.3 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that v12my is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the platform. It is your responsibility to gamble within your means.

10.1 By v12my. v12my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
10.2 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting v12my support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.
10.3 Responsible Gaming Closure. Where account closure is requested under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme, different terms apply. These Terms are published in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
