This Privacy Policy explains how v12my collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you use the v12my platform. Please read this document carefully. By creating a v12my account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
All personal data stored by v12my is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. All data transmitted between your device and v12my servers is protected by TLS 1.3. Your login credentials, payment details, and account information are never transmitted or stored in plain text.
v12my only collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of the platform, fulfilment of regulatory obligations, and delivery of the services you have requested. We do not collect or retain data beyond what is required for these legitimate purposes.
v12my does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers is limited to what is necessary for them to perform the specific service engaged by v12my.
You have the right to access, correct, export, and in certain circumstances delete the personal data v12my holds about you. Requests can be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
Personal data is retained only for as long as required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as mandated by applicable regulatory and legal obligations. Account data for closed accounts is retained for the minimum period required by gaming licensing obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

v12my collects personal data in the following categories:
2.1 Registration Data. When you create a v12my account, we collect: full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, preferred currency, and country of residence. This information is required to establish and maintain your account.
2.2 Identity Verification Data. For KYC and AML compliance, we may collect copies of government-issued identity documents (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address documents, and payment method verification documents.
2.3 Financial Data. We collect details relating to your payment methods (e.g., Touch n Go eWallet account reference, Boost account reference, bank account details for Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers), deposit and withdrawal transaction records, and account balance history. We do not store full payment card numbers — payment processing is handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data. We collect records of your gameplay activity, including games played, bet amounts, outcomes, session durations, bonus usage, and responsible gaming tool settings. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.
2.5 Technical Data. We automatically collect device and network data when you access v12my, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifier, session timestamps, and clickstream data. This data is used for security monitoring, platform optimisation, and fraud detection.
2.6 Communications Data. We retain records of communications between you and v12my support, including live chat transcripts, emails, and any documentation you submit in connection with a support request or complaint.

5.1 Service Providers. v12my shares personal data with third-party service providers engaged to support platform operations, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, live casino platform operators, fraud detection services, and cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually bound to process personal data only as instructed by v12my and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
5.2 Regulatory Disclosure. v12my may disclose personal data to gaming licensing authorities, financial intelligence units, law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory bodies where required by law or as part of our licensing obligations. Essential cookies are required for the v12my platform to function and cannot be disabled without impacting your ability to use the service. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens.
Analytics cookies allow v12my to understand how players navigate and use the platform, which pages are visited most frequently, and where errors occur. This data is processed in aggregate and is used to improve platform performance.
Preference cookies store your platform settings — such as preferred language and display options — so that they persist across sessions without requiring you to re-enter them each time.

The v12my platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. v12my does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If v12my becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a minor, the account will be immediately suspended, any funds will be held pending investigation, and the personal data will be deleted as soon as practicable subject to applicable legal obligations.

v12my's operations involve the transfer of personal data to service providers and infrastructure located in jurisdictions outside Malaysia. Where such transfers occur, v12my implements appropriate safeguards to ensure that personal data is protected to a standard equivalent to that required under the Malaysian PDPA and applicable international data protection standards.
Safeguards for international data transfers include contractual data processing agreements with receiving parties incorporating standard data protection clauses, and selection of service providers operating under recognised international data protection certifications where available.
v12my may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the v12my platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the change takes effect.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of v12my following the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
